CART BP ® Warranty and Refund Policy

Sky Labs strives to achieve a fair resolution in accordance with our policy. If it is determined that the issue falls within the scope of the warranty or is due to the company's negligence, we will take full responsibility and provide the necessary support. In cases where the problem is caused by consumer negligence, we will clearly inform the customer and guide them on the appropriate next steps.

1. Warranty Policy

CART BP ® offers a one-year warranty starting from the date of receipt of the product.

This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects arising under normal conditions of use.

  • Malfunctions occurring during normal or intended use.

  • Damage incurred during transportation.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by improper use, negligence, or unauthorized repairs.

  • Accidental or intentional physical damage.

2. Return Policy

CART BP ® accepts returns within 30 days of receiving the product.

 

Return Terms

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Condition: The product must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when it was first received.

  • Packaging: The original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and tags, must be intact.

  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  2. Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions, including:

    • A prepaid return shipping label.

Note: Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Product Damage and Incorrect Items

Please inspect your CART BP ® product carefully upon receipt. If the product is:

  • Damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items damaged due to negligent use, unauthorized repairs, or modifications by the purchaser.

  • Items with issues arising from failure to follow usage instructions outlined in the manual.

3. Exchange Policy

The fastest way to exchange a product is:

  1. Submit a return request for the current product.

  2. Once the return is approved, place a separate order for the new product.

4. Refund Policy

  • Returned items will be inspected upon receipt.

  • You will be notified if your refund request is approved or denied.

  • Approved refunds will be automatically processed to your original payment method.

  • Please note that processing times may vary depending on your card issuer or bank.
